MKF General Discussion Posting Guidelines

1.) READ THE FAQ BEFORE POSTING. If you have a question about MKF in general, chances are it is answered in the FAQ.

2.) DO NOT POST SUGGESTIONS FOR NEW CHARACTERS. MKF already has so many characters planned, plus a whole lot more that are unfinished.

3.) DO NOT POST SUGGESTIONS FOR NEW ENEMIES. As of July 2010, the MKF Dev team is focused on getting the game done, not adding any more unnecessary extra enemies.

4.) DO NOT POST SUGGESTIONS FOR NEW GAME FEATURES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: POWER-UPS, SUITS, LEVELS, AND GAME MODES. As noted above, the team is focused on getting the game done.

5.) DO NOT POST BUG REPORTS HERE. The MKF Bug Tracker is the place to do so.

6.)DO NOT ASK ABOUT RELEASE DATES FOR THE NEXT VERSION. We do not give out release dates. Why? If we announce a date and we miss it, people will get disappointed. New versions will be released as they get done.

Any post that contains any of these things will be binned on sight.

Sorry for taking some time to upload more videos, but now that im back to school, it will be a bit hard to record and upload videos.

Saw these ones already . . . I was actually kind of wondering why you hadn't posted them in this thread yet.  For a little while I was afraid you were abandoning us :(

Well, I've watched a few more of your vids, and, even though I can't tell what you're saying most of the time, I have to say yours is one of the better LPs I've seen so far. Not to insult any of our other LPers, but it's rather refreshing to see someone who actually seems to know their way around a classic platformer game, who actually has a positive flow of lives rather than a negative one (actually it's kind of surprised me just how many you've managed to rack up so far- you're definitely going to need them in the later worlds, though). It's nice to see someone who actually seems to know what they're doing for a change.
I've watched up to your Crossroads vid so far, and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more. Keep up the good work.

Go forth, and read from the Book of Gord. Bask in the wisdom and glory that is The Gord.

Thanks for the good criticism (like I always ask, is this the correct term im searching? As a non-english speaker by nature, I have some problems with this things), it's encouraging to see this kind of messages.
And, as mister Lars said, I updated more videos, but didn't found the time to post a message here, so...here are they:

Double posts aren't really against the rules; it's just considered to be a little rude to post twice in a row when you could have just edited the first one.  If there's enough time between the two posts, it's just fine.  Your posts were more than a week apart, which is plenty of time.
Nice videos, by the way.  I was really impressed with how well you handled The Siren, considering how many players struggle with her.

Don't fear, my friends, im still alive, I just got a bit lazy the past two weeks. But here I am, with three brand new videos:

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q1o8Oir7fOo" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q1o8Oir7fOo</a>

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsR9GRMDaAo" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsR9GRMDaAo</a>

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McCJ9s5J1nY" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McCJ9s5J1nY</a>
Ok, this one was a bit lame at the start, with so many cheap deaths, but, hey, at least it got better after the first checkpoint.

As you would see, I finished World 1, so now im heading to World 2, unless im missing something. If that´s the case, then tell me what is left to do in World 1 before making my way through World 2.

Im guessing that many are saying "This guy won't end the LP", but...ha...take this, your weekly-monthly hour with Juanbro:

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prHwequhmDU" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prHwequhmDU</a>

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aBJHCcI-NwM" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aBJHCcI-NwM</a>

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0oTbdvyChI" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0oTbdvyChI</a>

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-v1HNnHr-Q" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-v1HNnHr-Q</a>

Yes, Im obviously going to continue this LP...is just that I was really occupied because it was exam season in school...and there are still two exams I must do, but are the less hard of all the exams I have done so far.

I think we should externalize all text in-game to facilitate fan translations (or to provide translations ourselves) but that's just me.

That way, we could have a Spanish translation of MKF so your audience could understand the text.

Now there is only one video, but this one is different: I'm accompanied by 4 guest commentators; two, who are female, only talk like 20-30 seconds in the whole video, while the other two, who are male, talk along with me the whole video.
